Physics

Just to keep with the trend of freaking out about physics tomorrow, I thought I'd blog too!

I have...20 hours until the Physics exam, 8 of which I plan to spend sleeping, 2 of which I will spend not studying tomorrow morning, and 5 of which I plan to spend writting and re-writting and re-re-writting and re-re-re-writting my SOR until it sticks in my head. Therefore, I have 5 hours left, and I also need to allow time for eating, Australian Idol and toilet breaks....

Essentially, there is minimal physics being done today.
Luckily though, it wasn't my brother Elliot's birthday yesterday, which would have been a difficult feat anyway considering I don't have a brother named Elliot...I don't even have a brother.

Yesterday, I spent the better part of 6 hours at the computer desk with the following laws sticky noted/blue tacked to the wall beside me
F = m x a
Fr = Wsin*theta*
Fr = W cos*theta*
W = m x g
s = ut + 1/2at^2
v = u + at
v^2 = u^2 + 2as
Fr = mu x R

I'm still not sure how do decide whether to use the cos or the sin thingo, and I fail at any of the friction things further than F = ma, BUT I totally ace projectiles, so lets hope there's a few of them chucked in there!
My problem is the whole 'what now' thing, cuz like Kristy said, we don't have the answers next to us to be able to say, 'oh, i see, i now need to multiply this by the acceleration to get the right answer'. somehow i need to just know that the acceleration etc should be multiplied in there.

and i hope we don't have to calculate vector net forces. I don't like Vector, whoever he is, he has some pretty STUPID laws.

The problem is, I am not going to fail chem cuz i will only have monday afternoon to study for it...but in terms of the exam, although they are written by the same person, i think the chem will be astronomically easier, you know considering there is not friction when considering reaction rates!!

ok, i've bored you enough!
