At our house, he had his own room...well he had a favourite room, and we just let him sleep there, although it meant we had to wash the doona everytime someone came over...
We once had a sleepover, and one of my friends was petrified of cats and we were sleeping in 'his room' so my altelope stayed up all night entertaining him with a piece of rope, while the rest of us blissfully slept, not knowing that she was running up and down the stairs with a rope and a cat 'hot on her heels'...i think she got a few scratches that night... lol
