This used to be my least favourite Twilight Saga Novel, but it is growing on me. I think Jacob is a brilliant character, he represents what a lot of people have, someone who loves you, who you can't love back. It's kinda sad to hear about his pain and such because Bella is still so in love with Edward that she can't get close to Jacob in the way that she should.
I would give it a 9 out of 10. It's very well written.
